Common questions
Is the 30% deposit an extra charge?

No. It comes straight off the price of your treatment. If your service is $120, you pay $36 to book and $84 at your visit.

What if I need to reschedule?

Give us 24 hours' notice and your deposit moves to the new appointment. It's only kept for no-shows and same-day cancellations.

Do I need a consultation first?

For lashes, facials and laser, no — book straight in. Medical weight loss and the advanced skin treatments start with a consultation so we can check the plan suits you.

Do you offer payment plans?

How many laser sessions will I need?

Most people need six to eight sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. Hair colour and skin tone both affect it, so we'll give you a realistic number at your first visit.

Where do I park?

There's free parking directly outside Suite B — no meters, no permit.
